2* Kettlebell Swings
2* Burpee over kettlebell
2* Kettlebell Headcutters
2* Sit ups
*Increase all reps by 2 reps each round. Eg. round two will have 4 reps of everything, then round 3 will have 6 reps of everything.
AMRAP- As many rounds and reps as possible.
Try to keep moving, even if at a slower pace.
