Format:
EMOM 12: Every minute on the minute.
Complete the designated amount of work within the minute and then rest until the next minute begins. On the next minute begin with the next set.

Anaerobic/Power Endurance
Coaching Points:
This is a hard push which should take you into uncomfortable breathing. You want to be in zone 4 (80-85% of HRmax)
