Workout Briefing

Format:

TABATA: Interavl style, 20 sec work, 10 sec rest. Alternate between the exercises in each Tabata for 8 rounds each. Therefore each Tabata is 8 min long.

Active Recovery

Coaching Points:

The aim is to work up a light sweat without straining the muscles too much. Keep the intensity at Zone 3.
