Format:

Interval: Perform the given exercise in the given interval for that full duration, accumulating as many reps as possible.

Focus:

Anaerobic Endurance

Coaching Points:

This is a hard push which should take you into uncomfortable breathing. You want to be in zone 4 (80-85% of HRmax)
